White House Considers Dramatic Increase in EB-5 Numbers – March 18, 2020

Politico is reporting that there is a provision in one of the coronavirus rescue bills that would increase EB-5 visas investor green cards from 10,000 to 75,000 annually while halving the investment amount from $900,000 to $450,000. The program is designed to spur investment in the US economy and comes with a requirement to create 10 jobs per worker.
