Ari J. Sauer represents corporate and individual clients in all areas of U.S. immigration law. Mr. Sauer assists businesses to obtain visas, permanent residence and citizenship for their employees and their families. He also assists U.S. citizens and Permanent Residents with sponsoring their family members for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, as well as assisting individuals to become US citizens.

Greg Siskind

Greg Siskind has been helping immigrants and serving as a leader in the national immigration bar for more than three decades. Greg began practicing law when he was 22 after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from the University of Chicago. He co-founded Siskind Susser, PC – Immigration Lawyers in 1994 and Visalaw Ventures in 2019 and IMMpact Litigation in 2020.
Greg is the author of seven books and hundreds of articles and book chapters. He is also the author of a number of immigration-related pieces of legislation and has testified as an expert in front of the US House of Representatives Immigration Subcommittee.

Lynn Susser

Lynn Susser was a founding partner of Siskind Susser in 1994. As the firm’s managing partner, Ms. Susser supervises a wide variety of casework ranging from employment-based visa work and family immigration matters to political asylum and naturalization. By focusing strictly on immigration matters, Ms. Susser and her staff have developed an excellent reputation and working relationship with the local USCIS, CBP and ICE office as well as the regional service centers and the Department of Labor. Her own clients include multi-national corporations, nurse-staffing agencies, IT companies, construction related businesses, large manufacturers, school districts and many small to medium sized family businesses.

Robby Rubin
Attorney
Robby Rubin is an attorney in the Memphis office of Siskind Susser. Robby’s practice centers on a wide range of employment-based immigration, with specialized focuses on obtaining visas and green cards for religious workers, as well as physicians. Robby is also well-versed and experienced in humanitarian forms of immigration, such as country-specific humanitarian parole programs, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Asylum.
Robby’s out of the box thinking and dedication to exceeding client expectations have allowed him to assist many people and families through difficult and unpredictable immigration situations.
Robby also assists in the publishing and updating of AILA’s Immigration Law Practice and Procedure Manual, as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of the firm’s proprietary legal software and technology.
Mr. Rubin earned his Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from Cardozo School of Law in Manhattan, New York. Mr. Rubin was selected to participate in the Alexander Fellowship Program in his penultimate semester of law school, where he clerked for the late Judge Jack Weinstein full-time. Mr. Rubin also spent time as an intern in the Terrorism and International Narcotics unit in the Southern District of New York’s federal prosecutor’s office.
After graduating in May 2019, Mr. Rubin was hired into the Department of Justice’s Attorney General’s Honors Program, where he worked as an attorney advisor at the Executive Office of Immigration Review, in both the Miami and Memphis courthouses. Mr. Rubin also volunteered his time throughout law school to represent New York City children placed in Superintendent’s suspension and disciplinary hearings.
Mr. Rubin earned his undergraduate degree (Cum Laude) from Yeshiva University where he studied English and Spanish, while simultaneously maintaining a full-time courseload of Judaic studies. Mr. Rubin additionally played on the men’s tennis team for four years, where he was named to the student athlete academic honor roll for three of his four years, twice named a Scholar Athlete by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, and recognized as team captain in his senior year. Mr. Rubin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a member of the Florida bar.

Christina joined Siskind Susser in 2023 as a paralegal specializing in E-2 and L-1 cases. She worked for two other immigration law firms prior to her employment with Siskind Susser and has also taught Spanish and English as a Second Language. She received her BS in Elementary Education, her MA in the Teaching of Languages and a Graduate Certificate in Interpretation and Translation. Christina grew up in the Boston area but now calls Tennessee home. She loves to travel and has lived in Mexico and the UK.

Gilda Bollwerk

Gilda B. Bollwerk is a paralegal and Siskind Susser’s International Business Coordinator in the Memphis office. A native of Argentina, Gilda received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba in Argentina. She is a licensed attorney in the Province of San Juan, Argentina.
Gilda works exclusively in the area of immigration and naturalization law particularly in family immigration matters, employment based visas, naturalization, political asylum and consular processing. Gilda is active in the Latino Community and is a member of the Memphis Argentineans Association. Gilda also contributes to a regular column in La Prensa Latina, a Spanish language newspaper distributed weekly in the Memphis area.
In her free time, Gilda enjoys running and spending time with her grandchildren. She is fluent in Spanish and can be reached by e-mail at [email protected].

Meredith Coupé

Meredith is a paralegal on our Physician Team, working primarily with J-1 waivers. She received a BS in Psychology at Lambuth University. Prior to joining the team at Siskind Susser, Meredith worked in social services with the Department of Children Services, and most recently in education administration. In her free time, Meredith loves sports, especially watching her kids play. She enjoys time with friends and family and practices yoga to unwind.

Lori Cox joined Siskind Susser’s Memphis office in July 2017, working as a paralegal. She specializes in O-1 and EB-1 extraordinary ability visas, national interest waivers, and green cards for outstanding researchers.
Lori graduated from The University of Memphis with a BA in Journalism. She was a newspaper reporter before becoming a preschool teacher for 20 years. Outside of the office, Lori enjoys reading, listening to music, supporting animal rescue, and spending time with her family.

Natasha Dudley joined the Memphis office of Siskind Susser as a paralegal in 1999 and specializes in employment-based cases which include physicians, nurses, consular processing, work card and travel document renewals. Prior to joining the firm, Natasha worked as a law clerk/runner for a large Memphis-based firm.
Natasha obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Freed-Hardeman University in 1998 with a major in Pre-Law.
In her free time, Natasha enjoys running, traveling and cheering for her beloved Tennessee Volunteers and Memphis Grizzlies.

Prior to joining Siskind Susser, Raji worked as a paralegal at another firm focusing on non-immigrant matters such as H-1B, TN, R-1, and family petitions. She received her legal training in India and has worked as an attorney before moving to the US.
Outside of work, Raji actively volunteers in various cultural organizations in the Boston area. She spends her free time with her family playing their favorite board games, watching thriller movies, or cooking exotic Indian food.

Melissa Ungberg joined Siskind Susser’s Memphis office as a paralegal in February 2018. She specializes in Non-Immigrant Visas E-1/E-2 Treaty Traders and L-1 Intracompany Transfers, as well as Immigrant Visas EB-1 Multinational Manager/Executive, and EB-5 Immigrant Investor. Prior to Siskind Susser, Melissa worked at Juvenile Court with foster children, youth, and young adults aging out of the foster care system.

Samuel Susser is a 1981 graduate of the University of Memphis with a BA in International Business and Finance.
Prior to joining Siskind Susser in January 2000, he was the CFO of a vertical, multi-plant, manufacturing company that produced children’s sleepwear in north Mississippi.

Josh Waddell
Innovation Officer
Josh Waddell joined the Siskind Susser team in June 2016. He is an Alabama native and graduated from Samford University in May 2015 with a BA in Classics. Josh manages special projects at the firm and leverages systems (and new technology) to automate office processes. He dedicates much of his free time to music and is a local singer/songwriter.
