USCIS Offices Canceling Employment-Based Adjustment Interviews – March 16, 2020

Adam Cohen from Siskind Susser is reporting he received this information directly from Los Angeles’ USCIS office. Not clear if they will waive the interview requirement or will delay adjudicating cases and will reschedule. Elissa Taub from Siskind Susser received a cancellation call from USCIS in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the same kind of interview, but the office indicated the appointment would be rescheduled. Similar reports coming from Chicago and New York.
