ICE Issues Guidance on COVID-19 – March 16, 2020

The document covers a number of subjects including protocols for raids (they claim hospitals are off limits except in extraordinary circumstances), SEVIS, detention facilities, and removal. A lot of holes in here, particularly when it comes to protecting detainees and ICE officials. I think the detention centers are a disaster waiting to happen.
