The American Immigration Lawyers Association has sent a letter to USCIS with recommendations for responding to the coronavirus emergency. The recommendations cover a lot of issues including extending deadlines, waiving unnecessary in-person parts of the immigration process, and various other measures that would provide a lot of relief to USCIS applicants, lawyers and the USCIS staff itself.
